Process/Shipping: Our Processing and Shipping times will be increased during this time. Retail orders will take a average of 1-7 business days to begin procession/get to you until everything is back to normal.

DAMAGE/WRONG ITEMS

 If your order arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us no more than 24 hours after receiving the package at amazedbyari@yahoo.com with your order information and photo/video evidence of the wrong/damaged items. We will then discuss how to move forward with this issue.

 REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

You have 1 hour after you order to contact us about canceling or your order will not be able to be canceled

Mistakenly Charged

Your order didn’t process with us, so your payment will be returned in a short period of time.

If you do not receive a confirmation email the order DID NOT reach us! Therefore we did NOT receive a payment or order from you, your payment will be returned in your account.

 Missing or Lost Packages

For all orders that were missing or lost please contact USPS directly to consult with them about locating your package.

If there is no resolution after contacting USPS Mailing email us so we can try to find a solution for your situation.
